Stephen A. Harlan

Stephen A. Harlan is an attorney whose practice spans business counseling, real estate, transactions and dispute resolution. He represents companies, business owners, property owners and private clients on matters that frequently cross traditional practice boundaries.

Stephen is a core member of DRG's Transactional Group. His work includes ongoing business advice, transactions, governance and ownership matters, commercial and private client real estate, financing and related strategic counseling.

Stephen also maintains an active dispute practice. He represents clients in litigation, mediation and negotiated resolutions and leads significant contested matters independently. Where additional litigation depth is appropriate, he works directly with DRG's Litigation Group.

Before practicing law, Stephen served twenty-two years on active duty in the United States Navy and retired as a Chief Petty Officer.
