The Litigation Group, chaired by Daetan B. Huck, handles complex civil disputes. Our Trusts, Estates & Probate attorneys work alongside both groups when a client's business, property and personal planning intersect.
When a transaction or business relationship becomes contested, the attorneys who know the matter can remain involved and work directly with the Litigation Group. That continuity preserves valuable knowledge about the transaction, the parties, the financial issues and the client's objectives.
