Schedule a Consultation
A DRG consultation is 30 minutes of dedicated attorney time focused on your matter. We review your situation, identify the legal issues, discuss the realistic options and give you a clear sense of the available path forward and what engaging the firm would involve.
Substantive legal time, not a sales call.
You will meet with an attorney who handles the type of matter you are bringing. The goal is to give you something useful from the conversation whether or not you ultimately engage the firm: a clearer understanding of your position, the issues that are likely to matter and the practical options available to you.
Because the consultation involves substantive attorney time and legal analysis, DRG charges a consultation fee.
Consultations are 30 minutes and the fee is $150, paid at the consultation.
If your matter proceeds on a flat fee basis, the $150 consultation fee will be credited against that fee.
If your matter proceeds on an hourly basis, the consultation fee is not credited, but the consultation itself is covered by the fee and is not separately billed as hourly time.
Bring the Documents
Operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases, notes, correspondence and other documents central to the matter can help us make the consultation more productive.
Know the Timeline
A short chronology of what happened and when is often one of the most useful things you can bring.
Name the Objective
What outcome are you trying to achieve? Understanding the objective helps us focus the discussion on the options that actually matter.
Choose a time that works.
Choose an available time with the attorney whose practice best matches your matter and briefly tell us what the matter involves. You will receive a confirmation with the information you need for your consultation.

Build note: Each attorney uses a Google Calendar appointment schedule with 48 hour notice, buffers and a daily cap.
Before confirming a consultation, DRG will conduct a conflicts check using the names and general information you provide. Scheduling or attending a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. DRG will not undertake representation unless and until the firm confirms the engagement in writing.
